Could use some help

Hey guys, I have JBA headers, JBA H pipe and JBA 3" OTA pipes. The problem is the 3" OTA pipes don't have a ball socket type joint to connect my GT500 mufflers. SO I decided I would just get different mufflers, but I don't see any that would match up unless I bought another Catback system from JBA. ANy ideas?

One easy solution would be to have a muffler shop just cut the ball+socket connection off the mufflers and weld in a piece of straight pipe that would slip into or over the OTA pipes and just secure it with a band clamp.

Its worth a shot, but the gt500 pipes are 2.75 and the JBA is 3", i know they make reducers but the whole thing is on a bend. Hopefully they can figure something out.
