have for sale 2 corbeau FX1 seats, their both black on black. with tracks for 79-04 included. their brand new, have been rode in twice. both for tuning. their is slight rubbing on the driver side rear side from the rollcage. but its not "torn"

They are fixed back ... 0 reclining from the original mold

if they do recline then they are not FX1.... as i had FX1 Pros in my GT= No recline.
