COP Swap Throwing Codes

Just did a COP swap and its throwing off a
P0353 coil c primary
P0354 coil d primary

Anyone has any information on this, which cylinders are misfiring, what could of caused it...I have already replaced the first coil when it blew out on startup, could that have caused the others to malfunction?

did you plug the cop harness in on the right side? i did myself before realizing it was side specific

Yeah harness is right, made the mistake the first time and fixed it, matched both driver and pass side
