Cooling fans, what temp??

I am having my single turbo Cobra tuned tomorrow and he will be setting my fan temps. I am wondering what my on and off temps should be.
I was thinking on @ 195 off @ 180.
BTW I have a 180 Tstat.
Any ideas?

Turn them on as quickly as you can. Turbos and all the piping if it is in front of the motor create a lot of heat. I have mine set around 160 to come on at low speed and 180 on hi speed.
