I got my intake back from my freinds machine shop to have somethings done along with the coolant X over mod. I gave them a breif description of what i wanted done and they got the idea. Got it back yesterday and they did a fantastic job but there is one problem, they tapped the holes 1/4 NPT.

The drivers side the milled down and then drilled the hole, ran the tap and was done. The passenger side they yanked the OEM tube out then welded in a fitting already tapped for 1/4NPT.

This all seems too small for me, let me know what you think.

It's smaller than I like but will work, mine are 1/2" NPT (started with 3/8" NPT) which equates to -10 hose and should be plenty big enough. They should be able to redrill and tap it easily.

not on the dirvers side, its getting awfully close to the gasket edge.

The passenger side i can do myself and wont be too hard since the hole is already centered

I did 5/8th fittings, you need to be dead center thou as the fittings just fit inside the gaskets. No leaks to date.
