I was going through my tune and noticed that the tuner upped the engine coolant temp to switch to the base fuel table by 30 degrees. He also changed the return to cold fuel table by 30 degrees too.

I’ve always read that you should leave the return to cold table alone at 100 and drop the switch to base to 110. I’m guessing that’s done to get to base fuel faster but it seems like my tuner wants to delay getting to the base fuel table. Can anyone help me understand why? Wouldn’t you want to get to base fuel table faster than slower?

Thanks
