Hey guys i just got my coolant crossover tube powdercoated and put it back on with new o rings. It keeps leaking on the passenger side tube going into the engine. Cant seem to get it to seal. Any tips? Drivers side is fine and isnt leaking at all so i assume that the o ring isnt the issue. Maybe the tube on passenger side just isnt going in far enough?

it may not be seated far enough, the little hold down tab for the bolt should be pretty close to the standoff on the block to help you judge that part

it is possible to pinch or break the o-ring, thats what happened with my Mach. I twisted it a little too much and broke one on the pass side

Did they coat the part that actually goes into the engine? Maybe its to thick now and isn't fully seating?
