off my 99 cobra convt, was used 1 time. i wrapped it up in plastic and put it in garage and never really thought about it again. then traded in for my 01 and forgot it was up there. just cleaned out garage to find it there. said to fit 94-00. might even fit 01-04 too but i know my 01 has little button clips on sides but this does just slide under the side plastic so prob work for 01-04 but your risk! 100 bucks plus shipping FIRM because i have seen them sell for much more and they are 600 from ford!:beer:
