Convertible Top Conditioner/Cleaner

What is a good convertible top cleaner and or conditioner I'm trying to clean up the top on my (new to me) 01 true blue vert

Is it vinyl or cloth? Vinyl I would suggest 303 aerospace. If it is Fabric, I would suggest Chemical Guys Fabric Protector, it is amazing.

If it's not a Cobra, it will have the vinyl top. RaggTopp makes a great product.

i don't believe it is cloth but I am not to sure if the vinyl and cloth look similar are there any ways to tell wether its vinyl or cloth?
