Convertible rear seats

What years have the same rear seats as our convertible cobras? I'm not talking about fabric type, just what ones that will interchange as far as fitting. We have a kid on the way and I don't want the car seat to damage the foam in my rear seats and the kid to mess up the fabric/leather. I want to find a set of rear seats to put in the car just for car-seat purposes. I don't care about color or fabric. Just looking for a temporary replacement. I'm assuming any 1999-2004 convertible mustang's rear seats will work?

all 1994-04 seats interchange. Conv and coupe alike. I had 03 seats in my 94 conv.

So if I understand you correctly, the rear seats in all mustangs from 1994-2004 are the same reguardless if it is a vert or coupe? I was under the impression that coupe rear seats were different from convertables for some reason.

the convertible seats are narrower than the coupe ones are cause of the hinge for the top.:nono:

I ran a child car seat for a couple years no damage. I usually put a towel underneath it though.
