I know there are 3L swap and I was wondering if the sho engine would fit.

No! (sorry been asked 1000times over at CEG).

The Duratec 3.0L and the Yamaha 3.0L are in no way related. Also the duratec is a 60 degree V6 as the Yamaha is a 90 degree V6. IIRC the Yamaha is physically larger.

Just FYI, the SHO (V6 version) has been put in quiet a few cars, Ranger, Cobra REplica, Topaz, Feista, Windstar, Sable, etc etc. The engine bay in the C(SVT) is just too small.
