Coil-over setup

I eventually wanted to go coil-over with my Cobra and was wondering is it just a straight conversion where I could use something like this:Coil-Over Package, 1999-04 Mustang, IRS [COP-53] : Maximum Motorsports, the Latemodel Mustang Performance Suspension Leader!
I mean is this just a straight swap or are there other things that need be done, also if I went with tubular suspension later on would these parts be able to fit the tubular suspension components?

This kit should bolt right in. When you are ready to buy, call MM and talk with them about what you want out of the car. They will recommend spring rates for the coil-over setup (they offer several different configurations). You might also be interested in their sport valved dampers. I just have the stock valved ones with the coil-over conversion, and while it works, but I can tell that the damping isn't tuned for this setup like the stock one. I bought a used set off here, and have been very happy with it overall. Personally I will more than likely be looking to pick up the Koni set of dampers (adjustable) at some point in the future for this setup. BTW, I don't have any other suspension mods other than a low profile IRS bolt.
