used my friend scanner and this is what it said

my motor is running like crap. i was hoping once i hooked up those selinoids it would run better but that didnt do jack. all my vacuum is hooked up im pretty sure. and my motor overheated do to a hole in my radiator that i fixed but when i cleared the codes it came back up?
also im using the maf from my v6 and the air sensor some one please help
