I did search and found it can be something in the tune? It could be my imagination but it feels down on power when it comes on. The codes have come on 3 times in the last month after clearing them. I'm also getting a p0153 which I believe I need to replace my front O2 sensors. Just curious if anyone knows a real fix since I haven't found one yet :shrug:

its an egr code. Your tuner has to delete it.

I was talking about the p0243 just so you know. Not sure about the other.
