Just wondering how many of ther vert guys have had problems, and what were they.

I have a cobra vert, and the top seems to be very loose/saggy compared to every other cobra vert at the car meets I go to. I am not sure how it happended.
Also, I have a small slit, on above my rear window, but behind the flap.

What kind of warranty do I have on the top (i have 24k miles)?
Has anyone had a loose or saggy top, and what did you do to fix it??

Thanks,
Rob

I had my top repaired under warranty about two years ago. The staples came undone front/center. They stretched and reattached it and no problems since.
You should not have a problem getting it warrantied.

Mine is a year old with 18000 miles and sits outside a lot and the top looks great. Doesnt seem loose or saggy. I can see where the window rubs a little when the top is down (window is tinted so its easier to spot the wear) but no real issues.

My 03 has 15K on it so far. The only problem is that the power top makes a struggling noise and is occasionally slow to get back up. The dealership tells me it is still within the range of normal. No other real problems.

I have that in the rear, under flap. That could be the problem..

Thanks for the info guys, I will get it to the dealer next week.
