I had some issues after engine work..

different code.cam sensor.but was a wire issue.
wire was stretched inside..
I assume causes from pulling wire bs connector..

I found mine with basic multi meter tests on engine harness..

there was a guy recent..had injector lose,

he unpluged the 2 main connectors and replugged..bad connection..

maybe start there..

best thing I suggest..main manual for pc,

this has full wiring and connector views..

along with pinpoint test ..

I use this for all my issues..and have found if followed properly you will find the issue..

Haven't played with this type of issue in awhile or at all on these cars, but a lot of times the 5v sensors ground together at the PCM. Never dealt with this specifically but the "low input" suggests to me that you arent getting 5v up there at the TPS so what Hot Cobra suggested could be the case. Issue may be right there at the plug if a wire pulled back a little.

How can i test if the plug is bad or not?

Start with a visual. Unplug it and inspect the spade on the plug side. You might see one pulled back into the plug.

Next I’d make sure you have 5v up there key on engine off. I’d test both unplugged and back probe with it plugged in.

You can get a meter for $30 at any parts store.

when you get main pc manual up..

you can paste and copy pin point test..in thread for us to follow..

section 4..has chart that tells test letter and where to start..

the pin test section,,you will see top right ..introduction..

that is important..shows why your in this test and purpose with intent on this issues..

some of this you can also copy/paste but any pics will not show..

so hard to share manual info,

The TPS is somewhat adjustable if you elongate the screw holes. Then with a multimeter, check the voltage. Once the correct voltage is found, tighten up the 2 screws.
