Cobra Professionals, performance shops in San Diego area

New to Southern Cali and I'm looking for a shop to work with for tunes, and if I get lazy, upgrades for my 2004 Cobra.

Want to work with someone that knows this car and takes pride in their work.

RET is a great shop with a very good Rep in the LA area. In S. Diego JBA has had a mixed Rep. I do know this, they did some work for me a few years ago when Mike Hill was running the shop and, no problems. He was off for quite a while on a medical and thats when the problems started. Mike is back now and they've moved to a larger facility, and I would at least give him a call. Mike is a solid guy who is very knowledgeable, as is Greg @ RET...

Awesome, I'll be checking out JBA once I have my car running again. If they don't fit my style I'll take the drive to LA.

Going to be putting in a new under Supercharger Intercooler in this week and hoping there is no other damage to my engine from the leak. /crossfingers. If that works it will be time to tune it and look at upper/lower pulley combos.

Thank you for inputs. I appreciate it very much being new to this area I don't know where anything is yet other then the bases and the beaches.

Been seeing a few of the intercooler cores starting to leak lately. Keep a eye on the intercooler pump also. :beer:

If you feel like making the drive, the Dyno Day at RET next Saturday is always a great time with lots of Terminators. Going to see what a stock green motor puts down. I'm thinking no-one has seen one of them in awhile....

Wish I could, wife got me on chores and task list this weekend so didn't get to my car. Have to do it next weekend between other prescheduled events.

I called JBA, they are literally 4 miles away. I may check them out.

I would use Renegade Performance in San Diego. Greg is the man to speak to about your car.
