Cobra not starting, could use a hand

Alright, so, I was having a misfire, turns out there's these resistors(or transistors) basically attached to the wiring harness, one was completely shot, and out of pure idiocy i just snipped it off and wrapped in with some electrical tape, did both sides so as to make it symmetrical...and now it just turns over and won't fire....back in june i read about this but everyone who did it didn't have any issues, help or, advice per se, would be excellent, THIS IS MY DAILY DRIVER, I NEED it to start

well do you know if your getting fuel, spark......does your theft light stay flashing on your dash. These are things we need to know in order to help pinpoint the problem.

I guess it's called the ignition condenser (or capacitor depending on where you look) but everything says it has no effect on the ignition...
