Cobra Jet CAI question

As the 123mm Cobra Jet CAI kit for the 5.4L seems to be no longer available, is there a way to 'create' the same thing by getting the 123mm MAF, filter element (both of which are still available) and retrofit the FRPP 113mm CAI tube and/or tub?

If not, is there some other way to use the MAF with a different tube?

Lastly, anyone have one of these kits lying around that they don't need (I'll post in the marketplace as well, but just figured I'd ask)

I have a CJ 123 meter, the filter and the cobra jet plastic tubing to the tb

I would not try to use the resonator delete tube, the size difference, but you can use the CJ 123 inlet tube, and use a stock 10~14 upper coupler to it. I would guess on a 07~09 the hoses that connect to the tube are in the same places. Also JDM makes a tube, and you can find some who have the older tube, or different ones in the market sometimes.
