Cobra hood Question

My question is about the 03/04 Cobra Hood. I currently have some mods in my 2V engine including the P-51 Intake. I will be looking to get a Carbon Fiber 03/04 Cobra hood (yea it will be painted) and wondering if it would fit with my intake? Has anyone heard or know someone who accomplished this?
I currently have the Steeda Q400, which I made to be functional

I dont' know if it will fit the intake or not, but are you aware there will be a gap from the hood to your bumper?

Yes I am aware but I have a 04 Cobra bumper installed so it shouldnt be to much of a gap.
