Cobra fuel tank and EVAP system

Hey guys,

Tried searching, but having a hard time finding the info I'm looking for. Is this an acceptable way to delete EVAP setup? A breather/filter will be installed at the end of the tube and the nipple will have a tube running into the filler neck.

Was trying to install the other blue evap piece, but I broke it when removing it from old tank.
