I have a 96 that I started swapping a 03 Cobra engine,trans and all harness info my car. I started this project 5 years ago and lost interest until recently. So I have forgotten a lot of what I have done and having a no crank issue that I think might be and it has to do with the clutch safety switch.
I believe there should be 2 plugs that go into this switch? A black and a grey. I have the grey one plugged in but I cant find the black plug in the harness from the 03. Did they change that between the 96 to 03 years on the harness?
I know it is possible the plug is stashed somewhere up in the dash somewhere I just want to make sure my thinking is correct and I need to be finding that black plug
