I've got a 2014 GT500. Clutch was replaced 20k ago and was easy to push at first. About 5k miles ago I noticed occasionally it was harder to push. Last 100 miles it always hard.

Any idea what this is?

Cars not fun to drive currently.

It could be the Master Cylinder, or bad linkage....
Whenever I've gotten new clutches (on cars with hydraulic clutch) I replace both slave and master cylinder as it seems to go out soon after.
Last was my ///M roadster, clutch grenaded downshifting to 4th coming off a highway... even blip shifting it just failed... there metal chunks and ball bearings laying on the bottom of the bell housing... Originally I just did just the slave and had to replace the master within a week, although for me the pedal engagement was weak and the point got closer and closer to the floor. Only clutch out of 5 different cars/trucks that I've had fail. The ///M was a dual mass flywheel and the rubber between the hub and friction plate was rotten. (went aftermarket to a more familiar sprung clutch and a solid aluminum flywheel.)
