Clutch pedal safety switch adjustment??

Is the clutch pedal safety switch adjustable on these cars? Mine just started acting wierd. You have to MASH the pedal down to get the car to start. Simply making contact with the stop won't allow the starter to be engaged.

Yup, didn't have to go quite that far, but I got up under there this afternoon. The switch is not adjustable, so looks like I'm going to have to live with the annoyance for a week until I can go in to the dealer. Awesome. Car has under 400mi on it.

shit happens man, these things are put together by man and machine

man makes mistakes and machines malfunction

thats why they come with warranties

True. I spoke with a tech at my dealership today. They're going to get a switch in stock and be ready for me to bring it in. Should be a quick fix, at least.
