I have only put 10k miles on my car and have put 3 clutch cables on it. They seem to be stretching after about 3 to 4 months of use. I have bought the last 2 from D&D with a D&D clutch and still am having issues. Once it starts stretching it doesn't hold the fork and it bangs against the flywheel and makes a horrible sound and then I have to keep my foot on the clutch to keep it tight. Has anyone had this problem and can anyone give me some advice on how to fix it. I am tired of buying these cables and installing them.

Purchase a Aftermarket Clutch Quadrant and FireWall adjuster, along with the LDC Free Play kit.

I suggest Fiore fire-wall adjuster and either the Steeda Double Hook or Quick Release quadrant.

I had my factory cable to do the same thing. I added a UPR firewall adjuster, Steeda 3 hook quadrant, and a Steeda adjustable cable. The next time around, I will go with the Fiore adjuster! It is in a class by itself!! This will give you more room to play with!
