How many miles do I really have to baby the car for after a brand new clutch and flywheel are installed?

Depends on the manufacturer. I've heard any where from 500-1500 miles
spec calls for 500. I ve read bad reviews from those who don't take it easy and break it in as per Manufacturers advice
ill be putting my car on the dyno hopefully right as soon as i get my startup tune, so with very little clutch time. We will see what happens, I'm not risking my engine over a $600 clutch

Anyone know what the spec is for an exedy stage 2? Also oil junkie what wheels/tires are you rockin?
