I am having a centerforce dual friction installed along with a ported blower, 2lb lower and when all is done it will be dyno tuned. Should the clutch be broken in before then dyno pulls are made?

I would surely want mine broken in! The only clutch I know of that doesn't require a break in period is the CF DFX.

My CFDF lasted a total of 800 miles. I did not break it in at all, went right to the dyno.
You need to drive it for 500 stop and go city miles to break it in. A good friend had his only last about 1000 miles. Some have luck with them. No one here does. Send it back and get a DFX before your power burns it up.
