clutch and break oil change

hey guys ,
im planning on changing my clutch and break oil but not sure what to use best DOT 3 or DOT 4 and which brand ????
ps.iv got the mcleod RXT clutch installed

ATE Super Blue Racing Brake Fluid

How does one 'break' oil?

If you mean brake fluid, RTM, specs are there for average driving. Any quality brand will be fine.
