Over the past several months the noise is getting worse. When turning and applying the brakes, I can feel the brake pedal pulsate along with the wheel. There is also a slight rattle when going over bumps at lower speeds, but is solid otherwise. It sounds like I am driving a hooptie when I am parking anywhere :??:

I have replaced both lower control arm ball joints, installed urethane rack bushings (and trimmed the sleeve to allow the bolt to compress the bushings), replaced the brake pin and clip and had an alignment. I recently installed the FTBR IRS kit, but it was making noises prior to that. I have had the car on the lift several times and everything up front seems tight. I have owned several SN95s with double the mileage as this 03 and never had this problem.
Anyone have this problem? Next step is new control arm bushings, then new rack?
Thanks in advance.....
