Clock Spring ?

Located under the steering wheel on the shaft. Has the contacts/wiring for the airbag. It should be noted that they are specific to certain years or groups of years: ie a '91 clock spring won't work for your '93.

On most of the 90 and newer cars and trucks a steering wheel puller is not needed.

You remove the airbag,remove the steering wheel and the clock spring is right there. Make sure the wheels are turned straight and you dont pull out the plastic locking ring till the clock spring is in place on the shaft.
