Guys,
When I'm at a stop and turn my wheel a little to the right and left, I can hear a clicking coming from behind the steering wheel. Also, sometimes when I'm driving down the road, all of the sudden a strange clicking will come from the same area of my column and will stay constant but will quit all of the sudden. I'm not sure if it's traveling through the steering shaft but does anyone have the same problem or know what it could be inside the column assy?

hmm..sounds like a clockspring about to go out.

If your horn ends up croaking as well as your Airbag light coming on, then you'll need a new clockspring.

If you wanna take a peek in there, I have a post on this from last week on how to take all that crap apart.

Have you done any work to the car recently where you had to disconnect the steering shaft from the rack?
