clicking/creaking sound from right rear

I have level 5 halfshafts with about 4000miles of easy driving on them. After some spirited driving I hear a clicking/creaking kind of metallic sound from the right rear. Any ideas?

take it apart and look for galling or metal shavings. grab things and turn things/yank on things to see if you can find your clicking noise.
