Clicking clutch

My clutch started clicking yesterday. Its more of a knocking sound, but it only happens when the car is stopped. There is a single knock that I can hear just before the clutch goes all the way to the floor.

Any thoughts guys?

Mine has done that before, but it usually goes away after some driving and then comes back a few weeks later.

when i took my stage two out i had it inspected by a local clutch and drive line shop and had them test the pressure plate pressure. after looking at the assembly they showed me where the pressure plate was so weak, the teeth were actually making contact with the disk hub before fully releasing...

Well, the pressure plate only has about one year of daily use on it. Its a stock clutch I put in last year. I hope that isn't the problem. The throw out bearing is already making noise though (imagine that).
