What is the best method/products to get the hard gunk off the bottom of the rocker panels on a 03 cobra? Thanks for the help.

I like to use a tar removal product. Much less chance of damaging the paint.
The easiest one to find at a typical auto parts store is Stoner Tarminator. It comes in a spray can.
But if you want to get a "detailers product" there are quite few of them that are only available on a detailing site.
Here are just a few.
CarPro Tar X Tar & Adhesive Remover
DP Engine Degreaser, engine cleaner, car engine cleaner
Dodo Juice Tarmalade Tar, Rubber & Glue Remover, tar remover, paste adhesive remover, tar-malade
Muc-Off Bug & Tar Remover, bug remover, road tar remover
Meguiars Gold Class Bug & Tar Remover dissolves bug remains, tar, sap, and more! Remove sticky contaminants easily with Meguiars Gold Class Bug & Tar
and there are probably fifty more.
Or you can be a cheapskate like me and just use Naptha or kerosene.
