Cleaning ignition coils?

I have a slight misfire coming from a coil on my passengers head. I checked them all out and one has some rust on the actual coil/spring itself. Is there any way to clean it until my new ignition set comes Tuesday? There's no CEL and all the spark plugs are brand new.

The actual coil is bad. You need a new one. You must've gotten water into the plug area probably while washing your motor, and it's shorted out the COP.

Your local Autozone sells a no-name brand for about $30 bucks, or pick up a new-take-off set of 8 from eBay for $70 bucks.

Thanks and I got new ones on the way. :) I use WeaponX for my ignition stuff but if I bought an auto zone one in the meantime could I use it as a spare for any cylinder?
