Cleaning Hard Water Spots off windows

Hey everybody, I just bought a 99 Cobra and while the paint is in great shape the windows have hard water spots on them. I've tried a glass polish, soap and water, stoners invisible glass with newspaper, and even a clay bar but nothing seems to take it off.

Any recommendations?

fine steel wool may help also...

Ive seen a windshield polished with Blackfire metal polish with a porter cable looked like there was no glass it was literally crystal clear

This should work. I used a Mothers powerball and some cleaner wax on mine but it can't get in tight places.
