Clean throttle body & IMRC???

1997 Cobra Coupe 90K miles, 04 IRS, JLT CAI, FRPP DS, Bilsteins...Eibach pro-kit & steeda (borla) catback on the way.
Car is fast but somtimes feels a bit sluggish...like it takes a while to get thru rpm band. How do i make the throttle respond faster??? How does car feel after IMRC and throttle boay cleaning? Thanks

Cleaning your throttle body, if it needs it, definitely won't hurt. The reason these cars seem to be slow getting into the power band is because they have high rpm power matched with a 3.27 rear gear ratio. If you want to get into the power band quicker, buy some gears.

The 04 IRS i installed has 3.55s...but I keep hearing 4.10s is the way to go

430s n/a or 410s with SC, 355s will work with turbo setup

If the IMRC's have never been cleaned then do that for sure

Don't spray your throttle body with anything. It's already coated to prevent gumming up. Just wipe it with a lint free towel. +1 on the IMRCs
