Anyone in an emissions state run classic plates so they can run without smog/cats? May run in to that when I transfer the title over from the 98 Cobra I just purchased.

If you are in PA as your name suggests any vehicle driven under 5000 miles per year should be exempt from emission testing. It may depend on the county you are in as well.
Yeah the only kicker is you have to own the car for a year. I just got mine 
In NJ you can't get QQ plates need the vehicle is over 25 years old.
