Cigarette Lighter Problem?

I've been having a problem with my cigarette lighter lately. I can use it to charge devices like my phone with no problems. However, when I plug in my radar something weird happens. Every time I accelerate moderately to really fast it has a LASER alert and there is definately a correlation with the throttle. I tried the radar in other cars and it works fine without this problem. My ideas are fuses or possibly the TPS voltage. Any ideas?

P.S. My wideband is wired to my defrost switch if that could affect anything.

if it is an output voltage/amperage probelm
i would say get a tester and some way measure(someone else in the car i hope) the volts and amps coming out of the lighter plug
dont know if it will reveal anything but it worth a shot right?
