Hey all, replaced my Idlers 2 years ago due to a chirping sound, this seems a little different. I will make a video clip for you all to see, but basically it sounds exactly this this.

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pnvA4xx9MhA&feature=related"]YouTube - pulley noise[/ame]

Does not matter if it is cold or hot, and stopping at a light next to another car I can hear it a lot!

Anyone know what it is?

remove the sc betlt and start her up...if the sound goes away then it could just be an idler pulley.

I dont think you can repack those. To remove the belt you have to loosen the tensioner pulley and pull the belt off. it might be the idler, check the belt.
