Checking Vert Top Relay Location

I have an 88Mustang GT Vert.
When I press the switch to lower the top, I hear a clicking sound & I have to raise \ lower the top by hand.
Is there a relay to look for or to check to correct this probelm ?

On 1994 and up verts the relays are behind the back seat next to the pump. It sounds like the pump has failed. If you hear the clicking the relay is working but there may be no power feeding though the relay. Check main fuses under hood if all are good then check the pump.
