Check engine light

I have a 2002 gt mustang and it keeps throwing a p0340 camshaft postion sensor code so I replaced this and the crankshaft sensor also and light comes on almost instantly car also has a tune on any suggestions would be greatly apreciated

I guess it is very remotely possible that the trigger which is on the crank shaft is broken, missing teeth, etc ... but highly unlikely. If the sensor is good and all the wiring looks OK, then I would call the tuner to see what he has to say about it.

Check the AC waveform from the cam senor. This will confirm the trigger and wiring. I've had some connector problems, especially if motor work has been done.

Call up Jon Lund and can a better tune. You think this might have something to due with the way its giving you problems when you warm it up????
