Check engine light

I have been having this problem on and off for ometime now.The light comes on so I check it with the sct scaner and it reades as follows.P0174 system lean and P1519 intake stuck open(B1) IMRC.Previously I had the IMRC cleaned and checked the controler while they were at it checked out good and cleaned up nicely.I also changed the fuel pump to the Walbro 255.What needs to be done besides a tune to delet the IMRC plates and is there something else I should look into?Also does anyone know of a good tuner in the WNY area that has experence with these cars?
