just curious..but does a full aftermarket exhaust set off the check engine light?

Yes, if you don't get your rear o2's shut off, it will trip the light.
MIL eliminators work to solve that problem also.
i had an off road x for at leeast 300 miles before the lights turns on. i completly forgot to install the mill when i put the x pipe on:bash:
if you have a tuner you can get it off with that instead of buying the MIL eliminators

When I 1st got my cobra, I didn't have mils to install when I put my catted bassani x.. I didn't get a light, but I didn't want to chance it.
you dont need the MIL's if you have cats. the MIL's are there to tell the computer that you still have cats
I've heard that after market high flow cats can sometimes still trip the light... just depends how well they do their job.... most tuners will still turn off the rears when they tune to make sure they don't come on just in case...
