Right, it's a 20+ year old car at this point. A Honda Civic comes better optioned than my car right now lol. I know I can't afford a Viper, I don't WANT to afford the maintenance on something like that either where I am in life. People can crap on me all they want being happy with "only a C5Z" but 1) It's paid for 2) Mods are affordable and plentiful 3) It's an amazing performing platform 4) It has it's "cheap interior" quirks but the car "fits me" in it's entirety. Date night car with the wife, highway cruiser and autocross toy. I enjoy all it has to offer. Best part is I only had to pay $17500 for a 54K mi C5Z that I found locally to me. Sure there is some of the "Oh you drive a Corvette" from people that make you feel good, but I didn't buy it because of that. I'm sure that happens A LOT with a Viper too. Some people have more expansive tastes. Cool, good for them. I personally can't justify OTHER PEOPLES tastes sometimes lol. But jesus would I love a GenV? Uhhh YES. There are simply too many other things I want to/can do with $90k right now that's all. OP may be fortunate enough to have $90k burning a hole in his pocket and wants a Viper. Have at it! I'll be the first to congratulate him!
