Charging problems

I have a 1976 mustang ii 2.3 the charging systems is not working i have replaced the altanter 3 time 2 different bands and 3 different types of voltage regulator 3 different brands. and i have tyed polerizing. Any help would be appreciated?

Have you checked ALL of your grounds? A dirty, loose, or damaged ground wire could prevent charging.

I've cleaned and replace ground wires. It was the first thing i tryed
