Changing Pulley on Vortech

I'm going to change my pulley on my Vortech'd 2v GT from a 3.6 to a 3.33". Do I have to remove the blower to change it?

Damn ok, I was hoping to avoid that. What do you guys use to remove the pulley? Impact gun? Will the pulley slide off of do I need a puller?

I did not remove my blower to put my 3.33 on just used impact rachet.
