so i've got some new rotors on the way, and i figure i would work on my brakes all at one time since im gonna be in there anyways. but what should i be changing out? just pads? or should i do shoes also? my cobra is at 65k miles and its been about 10k miles since the last brake service (but idk what "servicing" was done to it) i will also be painting my caliper also.

If the pads only have 10K on them you shouldn't be through them. I'd take some 500 grit sandpaper and knock them back to a rough surface and then rebed them on the new rotors.

Shoes? We don't have drum brakes man.
