changing fan settings on pre existing tune

Putting in a reische 170 tstat. However my car already has a tune in it which was done when the car was very young. I have an unmarried xf3 from my old mach and I was curious if I could alter the fan settings solely with the programmer without messing up the tune that the car already has.

Pretty sure you would have to have the tune loaded into the xcal to do it, otherwise you would be rewriting the tune already on the car when you did.

The tune has to be on your xcal and your tuner has to leave that parameter open for you to me able to change the settings. Then you can change the fan settings to what you desire, then upload it to the car.
