Cervini ram 4 air hood doesn't clear 3.6 KB

I am now looking for a substitute to clear that blower...

I already put the washers to raise the hood a bit and adjusted the supports on the radiator covers and still touches...

I know the cowl hoods clear but will anything else clear?

Correct...one slight notch and its good to go. No spacers anywhere. I used some stuff we have at work called press tite for chafe areas..u can use playdoh though.

Have you lowered the engine?

I have a cervinis ram air hood and it clears my KB 3.6. I did use the lowering motor mounts that came in the kit.

Are there any negative with using the lowering mounts ?

Will I scrape the headers over bumps a lot more frequently or etc now ?
